Ultimate Smoked Turkey Club

Meet the king of sandwiches–thick cut smoked turkey breast, juicy tomatoes, crisp lettuce, and tasty bacon all piled high on Texas toast and covered in Smoky Chipotle BBQ sauce. Quick and easy to throw together when those lunchtime cravings hit!

Prep time: 10 minutes
Makes: 1 serving

 

What you need:
  • 3 slices Texas toast
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) Chipotle BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) mayonnaise
  • 2 leaves lettuce
  • 1/4” slice (4 oz/114 g) smoked turkey
  • 2 slices smoked Gouda cheese
  • 3 slices turkey bacon, cooked
  • 2 slices tomato
Make it Super:

Toast all three slices of bread. Combine Chipotle BBQ sauce and mayonnaise. In a frying pan, heat thick cut smoked turkey slice until golden crisp and warmed through.

Layer sandwich with remaining ingredients. Cut on the diagonal. Enjoy!

Variations: Try toasted rye or multi-grain bread. Add cucumber or red pepper slices.
