
Turkey Meatballs & Labneh Salad
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 20-25 cook time
Makes: 4 servings
What you need:
- 1 lb ground Ontario turkey
- 1/4 cup ricotta
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup seasoned labneh
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 ea. radish and cucumber, sliced
Make it Super:
In a bowl, combine ground turkey, ricotta, parsley, egg, lemon, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
Sear on both sides and finish in the oven, at 375-400 degrees Fahrenheit for 6-10 minutes.
Toss the cucumbers and the radishes with the olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve the meatballs warm with your labneh and cucumber radish salad.
