Ontario Turkey x Hayter’s Farm Contest

Official Rules and Regulations
Contest period: October 16, 2026, 8:00 a.m. to October 23, 2026, 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (ET). No purchase necessary.
Open to legal residents of Ontario who are 18 years of age or older.

1. Sponsor and contest period
The Ontario Turkey × Hayter’s Farm Toronto Waterfront Marathon Expo Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Turkey
Farmers of Ontario (“Sponsor”), in collaboration with Hayter’s Farm. It opens Friday, October 16, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. ET and
closes Friday, October 23, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”). The Contest is promoted in connection with the
Toronto Waterfront Marathon Expo on October 16 and 17, 2026; attendance at the Expo is not required to enter. The
Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with the Toronto Waterfront Marathon, Instagram, Meta
or Farm Boy.

2. Eligibility
Open to individuals who are legal residents of Ontario and have reached the age of majority in Ontario (18 years of age) at
the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of the Sponsor, Hayter’s Farm, their advertising
and promotional agencies and suppliers involved in the Contest, and members of their households are ineligible. Each
entrant must have an Instagram account and comply with Instagram’s terms. The entrant is the natural person who
controls the Instagram account used to submit the entry.

3. How to enter
During the Contest Period, enter on the official Instagram collaborative Contest post published by @ontarioturkey with
@haytersfarm. To enter:

    • Follow @ontarioturkey and @haytersfarm on Instagram.
    • Like the official Instagram Contest post.
    • Comment on that same post with your favourite turkey meal to fuel what moves you.

Each person may receive one (1) entry only. Entries may not be transferred, assigned, sold or submitted on behalf of
another person. Multiple comments, duplicate accounts, tags, shares or Expo attendance do not create additional entries.
Comments on a separate repost, story or unrelated post do not count. The required follows, like and comment must be
visible to the Sponsor at the time a potential winner’s entry is verified. No purchase, payment, donation or attendance is
required. Normal Internet or mobile data charges may apply.

Entries must be received by the closing time. Deleted, hidden, incomplete, automated, fraudulent, offensive or otherwise
non-compliant entries may be disqualified. A comment must be the entrant’s own response and must not infringe another
person’s rights. Sponsor may remove inappropriate content. Sponsor is not responsible for platform outages, inaccessible
posts, failed submissions or other technical errors.

4. Prizes
Four (4) prizes are available. Each prize consists of one (1) $50 CAD Farm Boy eGift Card. The total value of all prizes is
$200 CAD. Limit one (1) prize per person. The eGift cards are redeemable at participating Farm Boy stores in Ontario and
are subject to Farm Boy’s applicable gift card terms and conditions. Prizes must be accepted as awarded, are non-
transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash except as required by law. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a
prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Farm Boy is not a sponsor or administrator of the Contest.

5. Draw, odds and winner confirmation
On October 26, 2026, at approximately 12:00 p.m. ET in Mississauga, Ontario, the Sponsor or its representative will
randomly select four (4) potential winners from all eligible Instagram entries. Each person may win only once; if the same
person is inadvertently drawn again, another eligible entry will be selected. The odds of winning depend on the number of
eligible entries received.

The Sponsor will contact selected entrants by direct message from the official @ontarioturkey Instagram account within
two (2) business days of the draw. A selected entrant must respond within two (2) business days of the first message and,
before being declared a winner, confirm eligibility, correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without
assistance, and complete and return any required declaration and release within seven (7) days of receiving it. The Sponsor
may request reasonable proof of identity, age and Ontario residency using a secure method. If a selected entrant fails any
requirement or cannot be reached, the Sponsor may draw an alternate entry. No entrant is a winner until confirmed by the
Sponsor. Confirmed eGift cards will be sent electronically within a reasonable time after verification.

6. Personal information and publicity
The Sponsor and its administrators will use personal information provided for eligibility checks, winner contact, prize
delivery and administration of the Contest, in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy at
https://ontarioturkey.ca/privacy-policy/. Entry does not constitute consent to unrelated marketing. The Sponsor may
identify confirmed winners by first name, last initial and municipality in a winner announcement, subject to any additional
consent required by law. Entrants should never post personal identification, addresses or financial information in public
comments. The Sponsor will not ask winners to pay a fee or provide credit card details to claim a prize.

7. General conditions
By entering, participants agree to these Rules. The Sponsor may verify entries and disqualify attempts to exceed entry
limits or interfere with the Contest. Subject to applicable law, the Sponsor may amend, suspend or cancel the Contest if
circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise its fairness or operation, and will communicate material changes
through the official Instagram Contest post. The Sponsor’s decisions on administration and eligibility are final, subject to
applicable law. These Rules are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. If any provision
is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, each
entrant releases Instagram and Meta from any responsibility in connection with the Contest, to the extent permitted by

Instagram Contest post throughout the Contest Period.
