Ultimate Smoked Turkey Club

Makes: 1 serving
What you need:
- 3 slices Texas toast
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) Chipotle BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) mayonnaise
- 2 leaves lettuce
- 1/4” slice (4 oz/114 g) smoked turkey
- 2 slices smoked Gouda cheese
- 3 slices turkey bacon, cooked
- 2 slices tomato
Make it Super:
Toast all three slices of bread. Combine Chipotle BBQ sauce and mayonnaise. In a frying pan, heat thick cut smoked turkey slice until golden crisp and warmed through.
Layer sandwich with remaining ingredients. Cut on the diagonal. Enjoy!
Variations: Try toasted rye or multi-grain bread. Add cucumber or red pepper slices.
