Turkey Taco Burgers

Grill time: 10-15 minutes
Makes: 6 servings
What you need:
- 1.5 lbs (750 g) ground Ontario turkey
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) tortilla chips, crushed
- 2 tbsp (25 mL) cilantro, chopped
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) salsa
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) pepper
Corn Salsa:
- 1 cup (250 mL) salsa
- 2 tbsp (25 mL) cilantro, chopped
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) frozen corn kernels, defrosted
- Avocado, sliced (optional)
Make it Super:
Burgers: In a large bowl combine burger ingredients. Form into 6 patties. Over medium heat, broil or grill burgers 10-15 minutes, turning once or until no longer pink inside.
Salsa: In a small bowl, combine salsa ingredients. Place cooked burger patties on buns or wrap in a warmed flour tortilla, top with corn salsa and avocado.
