Simple Turkey Meatballs

Serves/Yield: about 22 meatballs, 4 to 6
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) dry seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) chopped fresh parsley
- 1 small clove garlic, rasped
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) pepper
- 1 pkg (450 g) ground turkey
In a large bowl, stir together breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper. Add turkey and using your hands mix together until well combined.
Using a small ice cream scoop or heaping tbsp (15 mL), roll out turkey mixture into meatballs. Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake in 350 F (180 C) oven for about 13 minutes or until no longer pink inside and light golden.
