Garlic Ginger Marinade

What you need:
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) soy sauce
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) honey
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) grated fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, rasped
Make it Super:
Whisk together vinegar, soy sauce, honey, ginger and garlic until combined.
Pour over turkey and let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes or cover and refrigerate for up to 8 hours.
Tip: This amount will easily marinate 1 lb (454 g) boneless skinless turkey breast.
